Position: Materials & Product Engineer

Working Department: SC&COE(SUPPLY CHAIN&CHINA OPERATION EXPERTS)

Job Description:
1.Make sure that quality provided by suppliers meet Head Quarter request.
2.Transfer technical information and specifications to suppliers in right way to avoid future mistakes or business misunderstanding.
3.Know all technical company standards and make sure that all quality certifications are correct and valid for suppliers to ship the products.
4.Contribute to reduce cost by benchmarking analysis or re-engineering tasks (selecting the right materials and specifications).

Main responsibilities:
1.Carry out QC inspections and production inspections according to international standards (EN26 – gas water heater), company standards and works or inspection procedures.
2.Issue inspection (Non-conformity reports) and engineering reports.
3.Contact suppliers and factories to assure supply chain runs smoothly.
4.Provide technical support to solve problems related to new product development and production.
5.Do quality audits at factory and report about technical capabilities of new factories.
6.Monitor quality data from suppliers to improve their performance.
7.Carry out preventive actions to avoid non-conformities and technical issues of products and materials supplied, always coordinated with Head Quarter and Development Engineer for Asia.
8.Make modifications in drawings and support Design department.

Position Request:
1. Fluent enough English (writing and comprehension) and perfect Mandarin and Cantonese.
2. Background: Mechanical Engineering degree
3. Capable read and understand any technical drawing and write /draw a blueprint.
4. Basic knowledge of Pro-engineer and AUTO-CAD to make some modifications in the drawing
5. Preferred experience: quality control or product engineering about home appliances.
6. Required experience: from 1 to 5 years
7. Age: from 23 to 28 years old.

3. 了解所有技术公司的标准，确保所有货物的品质证明书正确有效。
4. 选择正确的材料和规格，帮助公司减少标杆管理分析或流程再造的成本。

工作职责：
1.根据国际标准，公司标准或相关检验程序进行QC和产品检查。
2.撰写检验和工程报告。
3.联系供应商和工厂确保供应链运作正常。
4.能够为新产品开发或生产提供技术支持，并能解决相关问题。
5.工厂的质量审查，报告新工厂的技术能力。
6.监控供应商的质量数据，协助其提高工厂生产能力。
7.展开预防措施，避免产品和来料的技术与质量问题。保持与总部及亚洲研发人员相协调。
8.偶尔协助设计部进行绘图。

职位要求：
1.能够很好的理解及书写英语，国语与粤语流利。
2.机械工程专业或有相关经验。
3.能够读懂理解或修改相关技术图纸。
4.会Pro-engineer和AUTO-CAD的基本操作。
5.家电业质量控制或产品工程相关经验者优先。
6.要求有1至5年以上的工作经验。
7.年龄要求：23至28岁。
