1、有服务器管理的能力；
2、有TCP/IPM网络知识；
3、管理内部网络的经验；
4、能够处理基本的发邮件的程序（如：SMTP或POP3）；
5、能够增加一个用户帐户和用户组；
6、能够设立权限及建立共享目录；
7、能够通过内部网络将邮件从一个用户发给另一个用户；
8、有基本的“用友”软件知识，或愿意去学习“用友”知识。
9、有良好的英语听说读写能力
