淘宝天猫推广专员
岗位职能:
1、负责天猫商城日常的推广工作；
2、挖掘淘宝各种免费报名资源的分析、报名和跟进工作
3、负责维护直通车、钻石展位、一淘、站外推广等推广渠道；
4、分析数据并优化直通车和自然搜索排名；
5、根据数据协助制定营销计划及方案；
6. 熟悉各种活动报名规则，制定活动报名周期和计划，配合运营部负责报名款和选款工作。

任职要求:
1、 熟悉互联网行业，一年以上淘宝网店（天猫）推广管理经验，有大型网站工作经验优先；
2、 熟悉竞价排名、搜索引擎优化等方式；
3、 熟练掌握软文、交换链接、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其它特殊的推广方式；
4、 良好的沟通协作能力和文案水平；
5、 工作踏实、认真，有韧性和创新能力。
