Purpose of the Job 工作目的

To secure the achievement of market share and budget of DNR in specified area by developing new business, maintaining existing business and manage distributors in line with BU strategy.

Job Context 工作关系

1) Market dynamics
Contact with distributors and customers in different channels to collect more information and share among team members.

2) Internal network involved
– Share & exchange the sales and customers information with Shanghai team and Europe.
– Consult with technical colleagues for comments.
3) External network involved
– Periodically contact customers to get more information, not only on commercial affairs, but also competitor information and their development trend, etc.
– Contact with other raw material suppliers to get more customers and market information.

– Comply with SHE regulation to reduce SHE risks.
– Learn and strictly comply with relevant SHE regulations and requirements.
– Within the workplace to improve the effectiveness of safety advice.
– Timely reporting and treatment of unsafe acts, conditions and events, to remind other employees of the dangerous situation.
– Report job injuries, accidents and incidents to the direct leadership.
– Time to participate in SHE training and other SHE activities.
– Each employee must be responsible for their own safety as well as all others’ in operational areas.
– Make frequent visits to customers and realize budgeted sales.
– Develop and maintain good relations with main customers in the specified area.
– Evaluate, select and manage distributors to realize budgeted sales.
– Stay well informed about developments at existing and potential customers.
– Check credit background of customer and propose credit limits to control the payment risk.
– Keep close relationship with other raw material suppliers in PCR market.
– Keep good cooperation with Shanghai team and European team to offer good service to our customers.
– Monitor and co-ordinate within DCR in order to ensure a reliable supply to customers, within DSM’s quality guidelines.
– Report fully, regularly and timely in the proper format.
– Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DNR China business.
– Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
– Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
– Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
– Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
– If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
