行政经理

职责：
1、General Service & Admin
负责办公室办公用品采购，办公室环境及改善
支持各个部门行政方面诉求，如办公室，车辆安排等
负责物业管理，厂区内环境绿化，及饭堂的管理等
组织促进员工关系活动，丰富员工业余生活
负责外国人签证，上岗证，协助外国人的房屋租赁
发放办公室相关通知及日程

2、办公室物品采购
协商并管理相关采购合同；在有限成本内取得最好服务
寻找合作航空公司、旅行社、家具商及清洁公司等

3、People Management 人员负责
控制项目成本，时间节点，人员空间及设备的需求
负责清洁工及行政团队人员

要求：
1、男性，8-10年相关工作经验
2、外企行政管理经验
3、大专以上学历
4、优秀的团队管理经验和人际沟通能力
5、独立判断及解决突发事件的能力，思路清晰细致
6、具备办公室装修，饭堂的管理，及与政府相关部门沟通经验
