Main responsibilities

- Quality control and quality assurance management (Release Non-Conformity Reports and follow up
corrective and preventive actions in factories).
- Follow up deliveries and capacity according to request from Head Office.
- Audit factories and carry out improvement projects in factory (Quality and Production improvement)
- Technical support for new product development.
- Manage and motivate technician’s team and staff.
- Update the procedures and quality control checklist according to the customer’s complaints.
- Some technical people will be commanded and managed by him for quality management in factories
- Report to the Head Office in Spain (High level Management Team).
- He shall likely do a trip to the Head Office in Spain for specific management and technical training as well.
Required:
- Good enough oral and writing English for business and engineering.

- Experience as an engineering, production or quality manager for at least 2 years.
- It is highly appreciated experience in manufacturing and quality control on garment, leather goods or similar fields.

- Education and background should be quality management, manufacturing, engineering in college School
- Skilful to motivate a team and improve relationship among colleagues and other workers.
- High persuasion capacity to lead and promote improvements and innovative changes in the factory.
- Very team oriented whether with Chinese or foreign people.
- Capable to manage and drive communication and information from different people and teams in Head Office
and factories in China.
- Methodical and detail oriented to assure 100% achievement.
- Proactive and positive mentality.
- Skillful user of Windows office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Chinese Nationality. Native Mandarin. Cantonese is highly appreciated too.
- Other knowledge and experiences are greatly appreciated such improvement techniques (5S, Lean
Management, Kaizen ), Purchasing, Quality control tools, statistics ect

The company offers:
- Salary to be negotiated from 45,000 to 80,000 rmb per year - Final salary shall depend on candidate’s values
- Tailored training to assure very fast adaptation and good starting during two or three months with
engineering experts on manufacturing and systems.
- Work in an international environment.
- Very high opportunity to be promoted and increase salary in future according to achievements.
- Working time table: Five and half days per week (5.5days). Work in Saturday morning basically.
- Business trip to Head Quarters in EU (Spain) for additional training and management activities.

要求：

1.良好的英文听说读写能力以及商务英语写作能力（因需要时常与公司总部用英文邮件，电话汇报，或用SKYPE 视频对话）；
2.拥有大专以上主修质量管理，工程学或有工厂皮革产品，服装或相关经验者优先考虑；拥有质量控制以及生产工艺方面经验者也优先考虑。
3.能够配合总部实施避免产品材料供应所产生的质量及技术问题的方案
4.能够对开发新产品以及生产旧产品所出现的问题提供技术解决方案
5.拥有主动积极的心态

6.具有较强的说服力，能够带领部下对工厂进行推动和相关方面的革新

7.拥有较好的普通话或粤语者优先考虑
8.熟练掌握office软件操作
