Job Description -

1. Overall responsibility for logistic in China and other supplier countries as needed.
2. Maintains monthly on-time shipment metric by factory/customer for direct import (DI) and non-direct import (non-DI).
3. Publishes monthly China and other supplier country air freight rates.
4. Ensures bookings on completed on-time (DI and non-DI) and cargo is delivered within the ship window on-time (DI & non-DI).
5. Ensure documents are submitted on-time (DI and non-DI) and documents (e.g. FCR) are sent to the appropriate functional team members to close files (DI and non-DI).
6. Ensures SOPs and work instructions are up-to-date.
7. Monitor factory performance on bookings rules/systems and initiate corrective actions where needed
8. Train suppliers on booing rules/systems using 3rd party resources where possible. share up-to-date notice from US customs, forwrder with suppliers.
9. Coordinates closely with other functional teams including sourcing, compliance, quality, order management and other teams as necessary.
10. Communicates on-time shipment metrics to factories and initiates corrective actions where needed.
- Report any obstacles in China team to manager for soluction and suggestion
11. Responsible for CAPs on logistics and container security (C-TPAT).
12. Empowered to be Client's voice for logistics in China and other supplier countries.
