负责在线答复客户、商品促销、订单处理等；
任职要求:
1、熟练掌握淘宝知识和网店管理的各项功能；

2、熟练掌握网店产品信息及产品专业知识；

3、打字速度快，能同时应付10人聊天；

4、有良好的网上沟通能力和销售技巧；

5、能接受调值日班。
