1、根据培训计划和培训课程，对负责区域的督导进行培训和考核工作；

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历above university education

2、熟练掌握电脑操作；较强的沟通能力，表达能力和教学能力。computer proficiency, good skills for expression and teaching

3、熟悉家电行业（特别是洗衣机），三年以上丰富的零售管理和督导工作经验，具有一定的培训工作经验 Over 3 years of experience of retail management and supervision, have certain experience of training

4、熟悉产品知识和销售技巧familiar with product knowledge and sales skills
熟悉督导和促销人员的管理和培训familiar with management and training for the spot supervisors and promoters
熟悉培训系统的建立和培训教材的编写familiar with setting up training system and writing training materials

5、年龄在30～40岁 Age between 30~ 40 years old
