Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily sourcing work to fulfill business requirements.

2. RFQs documents preparing & releasing for different customers

2. Find, select and establish MRO suppliers (including service)

3. Negotiate all conditions (FOB, CIF, Lead times, Payment Terms, PLI and etc) with selected suppliers

4. Cost analysis and Make price comparison from at least three suppliers.

5. Key suppliers relationships keep and enhance.

6. Conduct quarterly business review with key suppliers.

7. Issue and trace initial orders for MRO parts (including service)

8. Identify, develop and implement suitable external sourcing opportunity

9 Actively search for international new suppliers and initiates negotiation with them

10. Control the related documents for products spec. raw materials test reports, certifications, and etc)

11. Handling Customer Complains, investigate and solve serial failures

12. Accomplish the annual target including saving rate

Job Specifications:

1. University graduate with bachelor degree or above.

2. At least 3 years sourcing working experiences,

3. Good communication and negotiation skill;

4. Team-work spirit & Strong logical thinking;

5. Fluent in English speaking and writing.

6. Be honest, confident, open and responsible.

7. Available for frequent travel.

8. Project management knowledge;

9. Be well on international trading knowledge & process

10. Skilled operation on Excel & PowerPoint.
