工作职责：
1、协助审阅和起草公司各类业务和运营合同以及法律文书；
2、协助公司各类资质的申报，资质审核，年检以及证照管理，负责跟踪和收集公司产业相关政策的法律法规，为公司经营提供合规支持；
3、参与公司项目开展过程中的法律事务处理，协助部门做好公司风险防控工作；
4、接受各职能部门、分/子公司在经营过程中出现的法律问题的咨询；
5、诉讼案件中为外部律师提供公司需要提交的相关文件及材料；
6、廉政部门及政府关系部门的部分工作配合。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，通过国家司法考试，持律师执业证者优先；
2、有2年以上律师助理工作经验；
3、熟悉《公司法》、《合同法》、《劳动法》等法律法规；
4、具有较强的法律逻辑思维能力，以及分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力；
5、良好的沟通及协调能力，公文写作能力突出，品德优秀；
6、具有大型企业法务经验以及知名律所工作经历者优先；
7、熟练使用办公软件。
