职位描述：
1. 维护 QMDB系统上的原材料规格指标。对来料根据实验室检验结果进行判定；如果是不合格品，还需要协调PT, 生产，SS等对原材料进行最终判定。在获得最终判定后，在QMDB，SAP系统上及时进行放行；
2. 每月汇总并提供供应商来料情况给SQE，必要时协助SQE对供应商进行年度定期审核或者紧急的质量调查；
3. 利用Data Monitoring 工具，或者趋势图对来料异常趋势进行监控和报告；
4. 对异常的物料，需要开来料NCR，并报告给SQE和SS部门; 协调生产和仓库对异常物料进行隔离和围堵，确保不被误用。
5. 如果供应商有提出变更时，跟进变更后的物料是否已经进行交付；并协调相关部门进行验证。
6. 对采购回来的设备、零件进行铜锌件排查，确保所采购设备、零件是无铜、锌的；
7. 所属直接领导安排的其它任务、例如异物调查工作、质量意识宣传，及相关同事的工作配合。
