对于设备的故障作出分析，查找原因，做出改善及预防措施；
2.维修部的EHS管理
负责维修类外协的安全施工管理，确保按照我司流程及在安全操作下施工
3.5S及TPM管理
负责监控维修部门的5S管理，推行TPM管理理念
4.提升维修员工技术技能
