Job Description:
? Manage the planning, development and implementation of offline and online sales strategies and tactics to build the sales organization and to sell both 3rd party and own brand products and services;
? Responsible for managing and leading regional sales team (Hong Kong; South, East & North China) to achieve budgeted sales, GP and PBT targets;
? Establishing strategic and long-term relationships with key business partners to ensure high Customer& Supplier retention and repeat business;
? Regularly report on market, customer and competitor situations and trends;
? Develop new customer and geographical market segments and respective sales channels to satisfy these segments;
? Work closely with the Division GM, Portfolio Development Manager (PDM), and JI BDM to align on organic and strategic growth strategy;
? Work closely with the marketing department to ensure sales team have relevant, up to date and accurate marketing collateral for promotion in the market;
? Support in the development Division budgets and forecasts and business plans;
? Responsible for coaching individual and team development in order to achieve their targets;
? Set reasonable targets/KPIs for sales staff and regularly monitor the performance via CRM and supporting tools;
KPIs:
1. Business Targets: Order In-take; Gross Profit; Profit before Tax, Productivity: GP/Staff Costs; Working Capital
2. New Business generating from New Suppliers
3. Retention of A Suppliers and Customers
4. Retention of sales staff
5. Effective execution of sales management tools such as CRM, CCV, and QuikView

Required Skills:
? University degree with subject of Food Science / BioChemistry / Food Processing Technology / business / marketing
? Read and Write Chinese plus fluent in Mandarin is a MUST. Good English skill both in speaking and business written, capable to handle technical / commercial discussions with principals and partners, and write English business report.
? Basic knowledge the products, services and processes used in or applied to the Food Ingredients and Catering Service sectors is preferred.
? Strong customer orientation and good communication skill to identify needs of customer.
? Solid management experience & commercial knowledge to manage business risks
? At least 10 years sales and people management and leadership experience.
? At least 5 years in strategic sales and planning
