职位描述
Essential Functions of Job:
1.1. Manage the complete commercial relationship with accounts, by focusing on profitably growing account opportunities utilizing value-added selling techniques.
1.2. Be knowledgeable about Excel's products, capabilities and its competitive advantage in the elastomer market.
1.3. Be knowledgeable of the competitors' market strategies, products, activities, people, strengths and weaknesses, as it relates to the elastomer market.
1.4. Cultivate and manage to closure commercial opportunities.
1.5. Responsible for proactively responding to competitive issues.
1.6. Provide customer forecast data on a regular basis for key accounts.
1.7. Builds trust with manufacturing, technology and sourcing based on market knowledge and competitive environment
1.8. Understands Excel's value proposition and successfully position Excel technologies and materials for value throughout it
1.9. Drive profitable growth by increasing sales growth, volume and profit margin.
1.10. Build successful relationships with Excel's manufacturing plant, customer service, technology and sourcing to assure information is disseminated accurately and reliably to ensure superior customer satisfaction. maintain and update customer master for plant.
Qualifications Required for Job:
1.11. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience is desirable, but not a pre-requisite.
1.12. Some years work experience in a customer service or similar role preferably in automobile or rubber industry.
1.13. Good communication and negotiation ability.
1.14. Strong Interpersonal skills, team-orientation, cooperation, collaboration.
1.15. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
1.16. Good command of English.
