1、安排并监督管理机加工车间的工作；
2、根据工作任务单安排分配工人工作；
3、跟踪及协助处理零件质量问题；
4、按人工、工种、工时每天计录每天并报告加工每台机器所耗时间；
5、记录并报告每个加工零件所耗时间；
6、向上司如实报告并评估机加工工人的能力，即工作效率和工作质量；
7、车间设备（机床、工具）的维修、保养与清洁工作；
8、协助人事部门聘用相关员工；
9、帮助并指导工人提高工作效率及工作质量；
10、协助生产部其他相关工作任务。
