We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be working for a precision springs manufacturer headquartered in Spain. This Sales Manager will be responsible for the customer management, pre and after sales management, internal and external coordination in China.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, technical background or knowledge about industrial spring products is preferred 本科及以上学历,有技术背景或工业弹簧知识者优先
? At least 3 years of sales experience of industrial products, relevant experience in automation or automotive industry is a plus 三年以上工业品销售经验,有自动化或汽车相关行业经验者优先
? Fluent English in speaking, listening and writing (preferably with working experience in MNC) 优秀的英语口语及听说读写能力(有欧美企业工作经验者优先)
? Good command of office software 熟练操作办公软件
? Available for travelling 能适应国内外出差
Responsibilities:
To take responsibility for the commercial management of the national and international geographic scope, and/or assigned customers, implementing the established sales plan that includes the prospection, promotion and monitoring of sales and maintenance of customers.
Commercial/Sales Planning
? To collaborate with the Sales Director and the Sales Manager on the sales plan of the appropriate geographical area, taking responsibility for the established quantitative and qualitative objectives.
? Orient his/her decisions towards achieving the set objectives based on the policy and sales strategy, integrating costs, margins and profitability checking with the Sales Director about those deals that by volume or complexity require it.
Commercial/Sales Management
? Prospection and sales promotion, attracting the potentially interesting customers by presenting offers and commercial visits
? Consolidation of clients, increasing their participation, through permanent contacts and timely visits, knowing their needs and level of satisfaction
? Customer service in the event of any special request by the customer, at the level of technical department, production and logistics, quality, purchase, samples and prototypes, finance and collections, administration both internally and externally, collaborating with them in resolving the issues raised
? Control and follow up of the offers of his/her geographic scope and/or assigned clients.
? To define pricing policy and margins for customers in collaboration with the Sales Manager
