Job Summary :
1. Supervise various office routine admin process to ensure the efficiency work of employee, facilities and other office suppliers.
2. Responsible for office continuous improvement to meet the current and future development requirement based on local situation of business requirement, security, health and environmental protection.
3. Initiate and monitor the implementation of the company policies and regulations on admin. management, as well as safety & security, health and environmental protection to ensure smooth business operation in the company.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
4. Lead the local admin team on routine admin. support, to meet and ensure the current and future company demand on various admin. process in an efficient and economically way.
5. Define admin budget according to Roche’s regulation and financial requirements, as well as monitor the expense and admin cost analysis.
6. Monitor and facilitate daily administration affairs (i.e. company car/shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning service, office supplier, employees uniform, consumer goods etc.)arrange VISA, car, apartment for expats, support company's annual visit and sports activities plan,
and in order to provide a satisfied services to employees.
7. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Education :
Bachelor degree majored in business administration or related fields.
Experience :
7 years of H.R. / Admin. Related working experience; experience with a MNC would be a plus.
Specific Knowledge & Skills :
1. Excellent planning and organization skill
2. Exercises good verbal and written communication skills
3. Good interpersonal skills; team player;
4. Fluent oral and written English is a plus.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
