职位描述：
We are looking for a Purchaser, who will be working for an electronic products manufacturer headquartered in Spain. Product application including: solar energy, automotive, etc. This Purchaser will be responsible for the supplier development and management in China.

Responsibilities:
？ Continuous homologation and evaluation of suppliers
？ Ask for quotations from the suppliers
？ Preparation and negotiation of the contracts
？ Launch and tracking of the purchasing orders
？ Tracking and complain of rejections to suppliers
？ Continuous negotiation with suppliers for improving the price and cost of the products purchased
？ Guarantee of the quality of the purchased pieces as well as the cost and terms
？ Deeply work with the suppliers to help them to improve the quality and cost
？ Optimize the purchasing budget with analysis on the evolution of the raw material cost and competition of the suppliers


Obligated conditions:
？ Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or relevant 本科学历，电子工程或相关专业
？ At least 3 years of experience in purchasing management 三年以上采购经验
？ Acknowledge of import and export process 了解进出口流程
？ Knowledge about electronic manufacture processes is a plus 有电子产品制造相关知识者优先
？ Strong negotiation skills 较强的谈判能力
？ Fluent English in speaking, listening and writing (preferrablly with working experience in MNC) 英语流利（有欧美企业工作经验者优先）
？ Good command of office software 熟练操作办公软件
