职位描述：
1. 负责经理以下岗位的招聘活动
2. 有效开展招聘信息发布、简历收集、筛选、面试和测试工作，为用人部门推介合适的候选人；
3. 维护招聘相关方的关系，包括招聘网站、政府、医疗机构、学校、劳务派遣中介、猎头、招聘会等；
4. 设计和制订公司对外招聘宣传资料和信息发布文档；
5. 完成各种招聘分析报告和工作报表；
6. 负责完成新员工入职指引工作；
7. 参与开展招聘方面的持续改善类项目，完善招聘甄选工具及流程；
8. 建立并维护人才库，与有潜质的候选人保持联络；
9. 参与开展中专、技校、大专或本科校园招聘的策划和实践活动；
10. 参与薪酬福利市场水平调查和分析，为公司制订薪酬福利政策提供依据；
11. 参与制订本职岗位的年度工作计划和目标，并通过工作开展达成目标；
12. 其他经理交办的工作。

要求：
1、 本科，专业不限
2、 英语四级以上
3、 2年或相关领域工作经验
