Position:
? Mondragon Shanghai Office now has a position open for a Project Assistant. He/She is primary responsible for day-to-day work under the supervision of the senior team member. He/She plays a key role in the coordination of project work and will perform variety of tasks including market research, company registration, recruitment support, and preparing various documents to support the consulting team.

? Specific responsibilities as follows:
? As a project team member, participating in consulting projects by providing research and analyst support;
? Assisting in draft framework, synthesize and integrate the data;
? Supporting in information collection, field research and phone interviews;
? Supporting in draft the related reports;
? Supporting in visit and logistic arrangement;
? Able to deal with various tasks at once.

Requirements:
? Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in business, economics, management, human resource, engineering or related fields;
? Overseas education background would be a plus;
? 1~2 years related working experience in market research, company registration, business service, etc;
? Quick learning and willingness are necessary;
? Able to work under pressure, good team player;
? Good interpersonal skill;
? Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
? Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin, Spanish would be a plus 举报 分享
