Regional Sales Manager / 区域销售经理
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will work for Fagor Arrasate in the market development in China. Fagor Arrasate is a world specialists in design, manufacture and supply of forming machine tools, from presses and complete stamping systems to lines for manufacturing, processing and cutting sheet metal or special complete lines for manufacturing complex sheet metal parts. Fagor Arrasate is part of the Mondragon Group.
Requirements:
? University Bachelor degree (or above), in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, knowledge in stamping is a plus 本科及以上学历,机械工程类相关专业,有冲压相关知识优先
? Fluent English in spoken and written 英语熟练
? At least 5 years of experience in direct sales in China market 五年以上国内市场直接销售经验
? Good knowledge in the field of capital machine or related business; automotive industry is a plus. 熟悉机械装备领域,有汽车行业经验者优先
? Excellent communication and organization skills are must, including the ability to make effective presentations. 出色的沟通及组织能力
? Long-term orientation, building strong and durable relationships, flexible and proactive, outgoing and communicative, ready to have the accomplishment in responsible territory. 能与客户保持良好及长久的关系,能灵活处理复杂的情况
? Flexible with business travelling domestically and overseas 能适应国内及国外出差
? Previous experience in European or American companies will be highly valued 有欧美企业工作经验者优先
Responsibilities:
? Plan, organize and execute sales activities in responsible territory in close cooperation with the sales support team from Spain;
? Develop sales channels and enhance business relationship with automotive industry customers and business partners, and industrial advisers;
? Intensify customer relations on all relevant technical, commercial and decision-making levels through regular contacting, sustain long-term customer satisfaction and customers’ loyalty;
? Explore the market potentials in responsible area, distinguish the available projects;
? Collect customer requirements and report to National Sales Manager and headquarters in Spain;
? Support in the preparing proposals and offer.
? Negotiate with customer on prices and commercial conditions, together with the team from headquarters.
? Participate in exhibitions, seminars and conferences in China.
? Present the latest technologies, products to the market regularly.
? Send the visit report to Headquarters and National Sales Manager
? Timely updates the situation of all projects tracked, reports the movement of competitors, as well as the development trend of responsible territory and each individual customer.
