Main Responsibility
1.Physicochemical analysis
Checks analytical request and makes analysis schedule.
Execution Physicochemical analysis for raw materials,process materials,finished goods,testing samples and developed samples.
2.Analytical reliability monitoring and improvement
Planning,scheduling and execution of analysis quality & reliability monitoring by statistical tool(SPC, LOD/LOQ,MSA,6sigma).
3.Safety, training,supervising and communication
Planning,scheduling and execution of EHS related programs in analytical lab to prevent safety incident and pollution.
4.Budget & expense management
Manages spare parts and consumable stock and orders them on time.
