职位描述：
Fundamental purpose:
Base on company strategy to lead team to achieve management goals/ KPIs. Include
- Leading production team to perform continuous improvement for productivity/ labor cost saving.
- Improve product quality meet customer expectation.
- Make sure production output to demand and delivery requirement.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:
？ Promote and practice Lean manufacturing in production process management to improve productivity
？ Coach and lead team to do continuous improvement to keep competitiveness in the industry field.
？ Base on the production plan to manage and control production activities to meet shipment requirement
？ Enforce production management and quality control to meet quality objectives.
？ Analyze production and quality data to co-work with team to detect and correct problems in earlier stage.
？ Determine the budget of Production function and manage them in reasonable way.
？ Monitor and review the performance of team members and coach them with necessary training
？ Leading or coordinate with the cross-functional team to solve the abnormal issues in production in efficiently and timely
？ Ensure the production in safety and manage production activities which meet SER/ EICC requirement.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in electronic or mechanical engineering.
2. 5 years above working experience as managerial role at multi-national company, especially in factory operations.
3. Good capability in leadership and coordination.
4. Capability to make judgment independently, effective skills in problem solving, communication, employee relationship and inter- personal.
