职位描述：
Requirement:
1.Education Background Required: Chemical engineering/mechanical engineer/chemical related.
2.Communicate in English fluently; leadership skill and communication skill.
3.More than 10 years chemical industrial working experience with more than 5 years production management role.
4,Specialty or coating industrial experience is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible Operations Liaison.
2.Become an expert on the production process and operating philosophy od the equipment. Be responsible for developing Operational Excellence plan and its implementation, achieve MFG savings, drive the cost control activities in the plant.
3.Be responsible for Aquaguard production area after the project is completed.
4.Responsible batch ticket reviews, system and formula feed backs(SFFB) and plant alternate formulas maintenance where appropriate related to manufacturing.
5.Responsible for the new formula introduction process for general product transfers and similar technologies.
6.Provide troubleshooting and technical support to ensure plant operating objectives are achieved.
7.Responsible owner for Safety and Process Safety Management(PSM) programs. 举报 分享
