职位描述：
Key job responsibilities:
1、Lead purchasing team responsible for all category materials purchasing of production and global sourcing
2、Formulate the strategic supplier development plan, and implement the supplier development, the supplier negotiation, and the supplier selection accordingly. Establish the solid the supply base for SCM
3、Develop the strategic purchase plan, including the cost down target, suppliers integration, suppliers optimization, payment term optimization, MOQ reduction, lead-time shorten.
4、Improve and optimize the internal procedures and ERP system to enhance working efficiency.
5、Complete the procurement process in time and develop the first sample within targeted time according to the technical requirements of the new product development.
6、Improve and optimize the working procedure, correction measurements and internal management of suppliers in order to speed up FA process
7、Closely follow up the market price trend for raw materials in order to buy the materials at the suitable time.
8、Develop the localization plan for the imported parts.
9、Achieve cost saving and shorten lead-time under acceptable quality.
10、Manage and monitor supplier performance, evaluate quarterly performance of strategic suppliers, supervise suppliers to formulate and carry out corrective and preventive measures.
11、Sign the procurement of framework contracts and quality assurance contract with suppliers and ensure suppliers execute the orders and quality requirements according to the procurement of framework contracts and quality assurance contracts and safeguard the interests of the company.
12、Establish annual team KPI according to company’s annual KPI, make action plan based on annual KPI, organize and guide the team member to follow up and achieve the plan.
13、Arrange the professional training for the team members, to improve the professional skill, and develop the responsibility sense.
14、Have obligation to keep the confidential for the involved task; do not leakage the work document to the third parties under not getting approval.

Job qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above in business administration and/or Mechanical Engineering or related
2、5+ years’ experience of machine materials sourcing, 3+ years’ management experience in sourcing or purchasing dept.
3、Good economic and legal knowledge
4、Planning and organization, interpersonal coordination and problem solution, conflict management, persuasive communication.
5、Knowledge of mechanical parts and material Chinese norm. Good business negotiation skill. Strong supplier management, Familiar with financial and controlling analysis
6、Understating English version drawing, Fluent English in oral/written.
7、Familiar with Windows, Office and Internet, understand the related operation in ERP, SAP or similar systems.
