职位描述：
Key job responsibilities:
?Responsible for IS, engineering and standard machines' assembly, testing, packaging, transport and after sales quality management.
?Establish quality management system and ensure it operate effectively
?Establish quality goals and quality plans, and implement them strictly after approval
?Responsible for the internal and external quality audit. In terms of the questions raised by the audits, develop corrective measures and track the implementation status
?Set up machine quality inspection and test standards
?Carry out production process control, machine inspection and record control. Stop assembly operations which don't comply with assembly standard and technology
?Implement quality statistics. Responsible for the authenticity and reliability of statistical data
?Investigate, analyze and come up with the solution of the quality accidents. If necessary implement the veto to quality problems
?Organize the regular quality meeting and report the quality inspection and test results. Make the corrective and preventive measures on quality issues and track the implement status
?Based on customer's quality feedback and the analysis of after sales claims, Make the corrective and preventive measures and track the implement status
?Responsible for the quality plan for the new machine design and development activities
?Responsible for the internal management of measuring instruments including instruments' application, record, stocktaking, check and audit.
?Carry out the assessment for departmental staff
?Organize the training of quality management system for the company employees on a regular basis to enhance quality awareness

Job qualifications:
?Major in mechanical and/or technical engineering.
?5 years above of leadership experience for quality assurance management and 3 years above of experience in supervisor position.
?Experienced in mechanic or automotive industry is a plus
?Excellent coordination and communication skills are required.
?LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge are preferred.
?Fluent Chinese and English skills.
?Familiar with Windows, Office and Internet, Understand the related operation in ERP, SAP or similar systems.
