MCL是来自加拿大的肿瘤（慢病）生活方式医学管理服务商，为肿瘤患者院后随访、康复提供一站式解决方案
MCL建立了以肿瘤（慢病）为核心的平台，协助肿瘤（慢病）患者主治医生，通过应用健康信号引擎（AI+AI），配以数据科学、行为支持和临床影响，使用智能的互联网设备和个性化的数字指南，指导患者院后随访康复，从而加速患者康复，尽早回归社会，赋予肿瘤病患者更好的生活
MCL在北美和欧洲合作了近万名医生，管理了几百万患者，使这些患者获得了更高的生活质量和更多的生存获益
MCL纳入中加双方政府合作范畴，是加拿大政府向中国政府推荐项目
岗位描述：
1. 负责制定和实施招商计划，招商合作机构包含医院、科室、医生和其他医疗、健康领域相关公司。
2. 新形式下新模式，运用互联网OTO平台协助医生做好患者的生活方式管理。并普及生活方式管理的重要性。
3. 与医患建立良好的信任，提供更好的生活方式管理建议及更全面的管理服务；
4. 收集市场反馈，优化院外管理流程和服务内容
5. 寻找合适的代理商开发区域内的医院并且培训、协助代理商做好患者的院外管理
应聘条件：
1、在医疗、健康产业行业从事相关工作至少2年以上。
2、具有相关领域招商工作经历，身体健康，能适应出差。
3、有一定的医药营销网络资源和公共事务资源。有医院肿瘤科、外科资源优先。
4、具有良好的语言表达能力、善于沟通。
5、具有良好的沟通协调组织能力和团队领导协作能力，执行力强，正直、诚信，有激情。
6、医学、药学及市场营销等专业优先。
