职位描述
- 负责公司学术项目及产品研发的相关规划及实施。
- 负责公司学术项目的市场定位及学术推广的策划，组织与实施。
- 负责做好公司学术项目知识培训，并定期有效的组织实施学术推广相关的全方位培训。
4，负责建设和维护相关的学术专家网络，构建良好的学术交流沟通渠道。
5，负责针对客户反馈信息的调查和分析，并提供有效的学术解决方案，以期达到市场对产品的学术信任和认知之目的。
6，负责对竞争产品市场的调查与分析，有效定位公司产品的学术专业市场卖点，并制定出系统的学术推广及为市场服务计划。
任职要求：
1，医学、生物制药、营养学等相关专业，研究生及以上学历，有较好的语言表达能力以及逻辑思维能力。
2，能独立组织各种类型的学术推广会议及培训。
3，具有良好的沟通和演讲技巧，营造活跃的学术氛围；
4，能够熟练使用各类办公软件等现代化办公设备，尤其是powerpoint的使用；
5，熟练各种文献检索技术，并善于归纳，总结和提炼。
6，具有三年以上临床医疗经验，或在国内外知名大健康企业就业三年以上的优先。
7，发表过学术论文推广并产生广泛影响的优先。
