三亚亚特兰蒂斯度假酒店是由上海复星高科技（集团）有限公司投资建设的，由科兹纳国际控股公司经营管理的全球第三家以海洋和亚特兰蒂斯为主题的度假酒店，该酒店拥有1314间亚特兰蒂斯特色全海景酒店客房及约1000间与酒店相配套的高层酒店式公寓和低层独栋酒店。
