职能：

1. 负责生产车间接单、排单、跟单、存单全过程。

2. 掌握生产能力初步分析，制定生产日程计划及跟踪生产进度，督促车间生产人员按照计划生产。

3. 负责车间生产效率、计划达成率、机台使用率、相关品质数据汇总、用料损耗率等数据的计算与初步分析并生成相关报表。

4. 协助新产品的开发与成本核算。

5. 执行经理交付的其他事项。

要求：

1. 生产跟单2年以上经验，最好有外资工厂工作背景。

2. 英语听说读写技能良好，能用英语熟练沟通。

3. 具备统筹规划能力与人际沟通能力，个性开朗，团队合作精神佳，学习能力强。

4. 有强烈的上进心，能承受工作压力。
