职位描述：
工作职责：
1、 负责透析中心日常护理、行政工作的组织和管理；
2、 负责中心护理人员的专业培训、团队建设等内部管理工作；
3、 参与并指导护士完成透析患者的护理工作；
4、 合理利用医疗资源，做好仪器、设备、药品等物品的管理；
5、 负责管理并维护本中心整洁、安静、舒适、安全的就诊环境，督促检查保洁
 员的工作，以及日常的工作安排;
6、 按时参加本中心及外部卫生行政部门通知的会议，定期汇报本中心的工作情
 况、护理工作质量分析以及改进措施的落实情况;
7、 能对突发事件迅速做出反应，负责配合处理中心的内外部投诉等工作.

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、主管护师中级以上职称工作经验；
3、2级以上医院工作，3年以上血液透析工作经验或管理经验；
4、具备一定的教学、管理、协调及沟通能力；
