Position Overview：
The Guest Relations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Preview Centre by performing all general and administration functions. Daily tasks will include lead management and report management.
Key Responsibilities：
? To meet and farewell all owners on arrival and departure at the resort.
? To complete room checks on AVC units prior to check-in nad during guest stay.
? To coordinate maintenance and specialised cleaning of AVC units with Anantara Sanya resort.
? To assist in maintaining par levels of all required items by liaising with Anantara Sanya Resort.
? To ensure all membership benefits are being delivered per Tier in liaison with the Anantara Sanya Resort.
? Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to owner satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
? In conjunction with Anantara Sanya staff assist in resolving any Owner complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
? To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet owner needs in enjoying their Anantara experience.
? To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
? Provide administrative support including filing, faxing, and other office duties for the Marketing Department.
? Update SPI, entering tours, tour hooks.
? Liaise with tour operators and Taxi Companies.
? Screen incoming emails and phone calls and action promptly and professionally.
? Prepare reports and presentations as required.
? Print Marketing reports and distribute as required.
? Assist Marketing purchase orders and liaise with Finance for payment.
? Assist other general office duties.
? Provide administrative support to Marketing Management Team in accordance with directives set from Management facilitate the delivery of qualified tours/leads.
