Establish and maintain EHS Management System, and coordinate all the functions to keep the system continually improving
建立并维护EHS管理体系，协调各相关部门保持系统持续改进
Plan and implement internal EHS system audit to ensure the operation compliance with the company and China government legal requirements
计划实施内部审核以确保符合相关公司和中国法律法规要求
Conduct regular area inspection to discover potential EHS risk, report to management and follow up the findings till effective closure.
定期对工作区域进行检查识别潜在EHS风险，报告并追踪直至所有问题有效关闭
Be responsible for site fire protection and the implementation of site emergency response plan.
负责现场消防和工厂应急反应
Work with government or relevant agencies to conduct monitoring and measurement as per legal requirements.
和相关政府部门或机构按照国家要求进行定期EHS监测
Be responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action；Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure.
负责事故报告、调查和整改，追踪整改措施和预防措施并确保有些关闭
In charge of contractor safety management, to ensure contractor follow company EHS requirement.
负责供应商安全管理，确保供应商遵守公司EHS要求
Be responsible for equipment safety. Work closely with facility department to ensure equipment to be effectively reviewed and monitored.
负责设备安全。与设备部门密切合作确保设备安全达到要求
Hold regular meetings to review EHS system, communicates on the existing problems, and work out action plan for the next stage, ensure effectiveness and focus on continuous improvement
定期组织会议回顾EHS管理，沟通存在问题，制定整改计划，确保有些实施，关注持续改进
Work closely with other departments to ensure relevant training to be effectively carried out.
和相关部门密切合作确保完成相关EHS培训。
Participate in the process of plant construction, equipment installation including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet EHS requirements.
参加工厂建设、设备安装等工作，确保项目达到EHS要求

Requirements
要求:
Major in mechanical, chemical engineering or related, junior college degree or above
机械、化学工程或相关专业，大专学历或以上
3-5 years’ experience in EHS, manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
3-5年EHS工作经验，最好有生产性企业工作经验
Be familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 accreditation
熟悉ISO14001和OHSAS18001的资格认证
Registered National Safety Engineer will be an advantage
注册安全工程师优先考虑
Skilled in both reading and Written English.
具有熟练的英语读写技能
Computer literate
能熟练使用计算机
