This position is based on Guangzhou lab or Quanzhou lab, reports to Technical Manager-Hygiene, to provide technical service and support to Hygiene customers in south China.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Deep understanding of the products supported. Train sales and customers about the products and the applications. Communicate effectively between labs and business team to recommend new products and new technology.
2. Understand customer’s needs; help customers choose the right products for their application. Audit performance of products in customer line.
3. Quickly respond to customer complaint. Analyze and solve product and customer application problems
4. Collect competitive information and products, conduct thorough laboratory testing to figure out H.B.Fuller products value and provide sales with the information. Communicate to chemist with the competitive information to develop new products/ technologies.
5. Promote new products or new application of exsiting products and involved deeply in new product development by providing new Ideas based upon thorough understanding of customers' needs, recommending product redesign, preparing new products value proposition, leading line trial and summary report.
6. Others as required.


Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemistry, preferred polymer chemistry, with minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
2. Independent and problem solving competence.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English.
4. Good computer skills.
