- Graduate from textile major or relatives 纺织或相关专业毕业
- at least 5 years on textile / garment professional quality control, familiar with AQL and sampling plan 5年以上纺织成衣全职验货经验, 熟悉抽检流程和AQL
- Know-how on workmanship on woven / knitting, 熟悉针织/梭织的工艺
- Able to detect quality problems in production and give active solution 能够预见质量问题, 并提出解决方案
- Know-how on fabric construction, color shades and fastness, pilling, shrinkage, hand feels, etc) 熟悉面料结构, 及面料相关的物理/化学测试指标
- Capable to organize and implement inline inspections and final inspections during production and before

shipment;能够独立进行中期验货/尾查
- Capable to analyze feasibility of style before production: identify critical points, suggest precautions to

supplier, and suggest style modification to Merchant/buyer
能够用专业经验给予款式和生产上的可行性建议
- Knowledge in quality processes in production 熟悉大货生产中的质量控制流程
- Capable to conduct Factory audit, 有能力做工厂评估
- Team spirit and high responsibility 团队精神和高度的责任心
- should be able to speak and write in English 英语口语交流
- Able to work under pressure from lead time /work load / job condition 能够在时间/工作量/工作环境等的压力下工作
- Quangzhou local residence, and willing to travel all over Fujian Province 居住在泉州当地,愿意在福建省内出差

Main responsibility
* Attending Pre-Production meetings with Supplier/Factory.
* Performing inline and final Inspections in factory using our different brand standard
* Making sure all technical requirements are being followed in production.
* Making sure the order is produced according to the approved Sample.
* Have a close Co-operation with local merchandiser team to be sure all PO info. Is clear
* Assistant in production schedule control
* Support/guide factory to find solutions, effective methods and avoid repeatedly mistakes.
