岗位职责：

1、起草公司总经理讲话稿以及股东会和董事会的会议材料；
2、撰写会议通知、会议记要、日常信件和工作报告；
3、作好公司重要会议的记录及会议纪要的整理；
4、起草、打印、登记和存档总经理签发文件；
5、备份信件及其他文档，将信件及其他记录及时归档；
6、协助行政部经理做好公司来宾的接待工作；
7、接听电话、妥当应答，如有必要，做好电话记录；
8、收发与回复日常邮件；
9、收发传真，并及时交给总经理处理；
10、掌握经理的日程安排，为经理接见访客做好预约工作和会谈、会务安排；
11、安排商务旅行，做好预订工作；
12、采购、分发和控制办公用品；
13、完成总经理或行政经理交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、秘书、中文等相关专业背景专科以上学历；
2、受过公共关系、财务会计基本知识、文书写作、档案管理方面的培训；
3、1年以上工作经验，熟悉公司文档管理；
4、熟练使用操作办公自动化设备，包括计算机、打印机、传真机、复印机等；
5、有良好的文字表达能力，有一定英语基础，具备较强的听说能力。

6、工作细致认真，谨慎细心，条理性强；
7、积极主动执行交办工作，效率高，有团队合作精神，良好的组织沟通协调能力，保密意识强。
