Responsibilities:

-.Early involvement in new project , define the Advanced Product Quality Plan

-.Prepare product checklist, report template

-.Prepare inspection instruction, work instruction, operation procedure

-.Review reports

-.Prepare quality monthly report

-.Responsible for supplier audit

-.Responsible for product inspection and loading supervision

-.Responsible for defect database management

-.Assistant in creating new standards and test methods

-.Assistant in solving quality complaint and make related corrective and preventive actions

-.Assistant for QC training

-.Other task assigned by manager

Requirements:

-.Degree in engineering is preferred

-.Familiar with injection, printing, stamping process is a plus

-.Familiar with Incoming Material Inspection process, sampling inspection

-.Must be willing to work with minimal supervision

-.Has common sense

-.Eager to learn

-.Supplier quality management experience will be an added advantage

-.At least 1 year document editing experience

-.About 30% travel. Mainly in Guang Dong province

-.Good written English, spoken English is a plus

-.Has FMEA, error proofing, KISS concept

-.Good at office software, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
