Logistics coordinator for international company / 单证员
FIPO Group is a family owned Danish company with HQ in Kolding Denmark.
We are providing customer from all of Europe and China, with all kind of clothing with license brands and private labels.
We are looking to expand the logistics department within FIPO Group. The person will be working in our Quanzhou (Fuijan province) office, where we currently 8 persons are working, mainly merchandisers and QC personnel. You will be the first logistics assistant employed at the office.
Work assignments:
Follow up on orders/shipments from our China suppliers.
Control of supplier's invoice and packing list.
Contact/follow up with our nominated forwarder in China.
Update of monitoring tool (excel sheet with pending and ongoing shipments).
Update of Navision (our IT system) with confirmed shipping details.
Daily reporting back to FIPO Logistics in DK on above mentioned tasks.
Qualifications:
Person with strong background and understanding of shipping.
Able to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written.
Having knowledge of Navision or similar ERP system
Having knowledge of MS Office, particular excel.
The logistics coordinator will be reporting to the logistic manager in Kolding.
The salary will be based according to your qualification, but will be on an attractive level. It will include social insurance according to the local law.
