Position Summary
Assure the effective operation of the company’s building to provide a specification compliant, smooth and safe working environment for production activities as well as for employees’ occupancies, by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.

Requirements
? Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management or construction management.
? Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
? Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
? Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
