Responsibilities:
？The primary responsibility of the position as Business Development Speciailist is to develop a new business by fully leveraging our offering  
？The Business Development Specialist will manage all aspects of the business development process including identifying opportunities, developing strategy, involving a team, and driving execution. Focus area includes wearable electronics and high reliability applications.
？The Business Development Specialist needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of peers (which often includes other functions, and customer personnel). 
？The Business Development Specialist is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships at all levels of the customer organization covering existing accounts as well as establishing relationships with new customers.
？Key success factors in this role are the ability to identify needs, develop solutions, deliver and capture value. This requires the Business Development Specialist to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and processes as well as the product and service offerings.   
？This role is highly consultative and the ability to combine market understanding, commercial skills, and technical knowledge/ resources to define and meet objectives that benefit customers and company is critical.

？Master degree with major in Electronics or Inorganic Material related.
