职位描述：
Purpose
1. To promote Zero defect mind set in the site
2. To provide a high level of management in QA and QC by organizing daily department work, quality audit and improvement, quality procedure and TS16949 and ISO activities etc.;
3. Optimize the team’s work to improve work efficiency;

Responsibilities
The position will be in charge of QA and QC in Lansol site, improve the quality management level in the site. Main responsibilities are as below:

Quality Control management:
1. Implement HSE policy in the lab properly, regular audit, improve 5S, reduce HSE risk continuously.
2. Well manage the MSA
3. Improve the efficiency in the lab by optimize method, layout and organization etc.
4. Optimize the control plan and sample plan to reduce cost

Quality assurance management:
1. Implement and maintain TS16949& ISO quality system. Responsible for audit, follow up correction and preventive action.
2. Improve product quality control.
3. Improve the process control.
4. Supplier quality management.
5. Improve quality to achieve customer satisfaction.


Profile

Education：Bachelor or above degree, major in chemical industry engineering is preferred.
Knowledge/Skill：
? Knowledge of Quality management tools, experience on TS16949 and ISO9001 system.
? Statistical analysis skills.
? Good command of English and computer.
? Strong communication skill.

Related Experience：
1. At least 8 years’ experience in manufacture plant, auto industry and multinational company (JV included) is preferred.
