职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 向学员介绍本中心课程；
- 根据学员的英语水平为学员量身定制学习方案；
- 完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库，确保达成学习目标；
- 做好学员后期管理及客户维护工作，实现客户的二次开发；
- 管理签约学员并跟踪学员学习情况，确保学员顺利完成学业。

任职资格：
- 大专，气质形象佳，1年以上教育培训业课程顾问工作经验；
- 良好的沟通、表达能力和应变技巧；
- 主动、热情、阳光，富亲和力和责任心。
