职位描述：
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Lead operational procurement team in QuZhou foundry for Planning, PO Issuing, Expediting and others.
? Communicate with Plant Manager and other departments for all needs.
? Procurement KPI result regular report (annual / monthly / weekly)
? Support and implement globally defined procurement processes and system related tools (Database etc.) in QuZhou Factory.
? Ensure policy compliances by auditing the procurement processes
? Review and provide feedback to instruction and training manual and train procurement team.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor Degree. Post graduate studies in procurement preferred.
? Minimum 10 years of experience, working for a western factory, procurement organization
? Familiar with all Procurement process.
? Work experience in foundry or heavy industrial environment considered preferred.
? Ability to cope with sustained pressure
? Very collaborative liaison with Factories, Planning, Finance and other departments is of extremely important requirement.
? Require to full time station in QuZhou Foundry and live in Quzhou locally. 举报 分享
