Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop existing automotive key accounts and business
2. Seek new automotive customers and opportunities
3. Build development plan for assigned key OEMs and tiers
4. Monitor key metrics and look for trends and opportunities align with the market strategy.
5. Develop and maintain sales and development tools for the SDM’s to use in the key auto market areas
6. Manage the translation projects from global key accounts.
7. Work with the local and global automotive team to accelerate the business growth.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
2. Fluent in written and spoken English
3. Above 10 years proven experience in sales/marketing of specialty polymers in AUTO. Familarity of high performance polymers such as PEEK will be a plus.
4. Sufficient experience of managing end-use programs.
5. Passionate for successes, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges
6. Ability in strategic thinking, problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale
7. Excellent formal presentation skills.
8. Able to work independently as well as co-operate with others.
9. Able to travel frequently.
