岗位职责
1、负责产品工艺的编制、改良与新生产工艺的引进，不断提高车间加工工艺水平；
2、组织、实施模具的设计、改进，提高模具制程加工能力；
3、按照审计的要求来进行冲压工艺和日常运作的控制管理；
4、编制新产品生产流程图，准备与优化设备参数；
5、提出并参与冲压技术改造方案；
6、车间现场技术问题的协调处理。

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，模具或机械相关专业；
2、2年以上冲压或模具设计工作经验，经验丰富者优先；
3、熟练掌握冲压工艺作业流程、冲压工艺编制和调试，熟悉ISO9001质量体系，能熟练使用AUTOCAD、PRO/E或UG；
4、具有五金材料、模具钢材、模具结构、冲压设备及周边设备知识，具有较强的分析、处理模具异常能力；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
