QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 5+ years Quality Engineer experience of an international manufacturing company
2. Know well the ISO9001，ISO 14000，UL， etc quality standard.
3. Quality management system establishes, maintenance;
4. Internal audit, customer audit, third party audit handling;
5. Know well quality team function , and have rich experience in manufacture process field;
6. Have rich QC control experience;
7. Fluently English both in written and oral;
8 Knowledge on Fiber products is preferred;
9. Familiar with the Microsoft office

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
l Quality management system establish, maintenance; Organize the management review，Push the QMS continuously improvement
l In-process and final quality plan and control
l Customer complaint handling
l Incoming quality plan and supplier quality control
l Measurement equipment calibration manage
l QMS and EMS file and record manage and maintenance
