工作主要内容：

负责在江浙沪地区推广并销售公司的产品；

管理3-4人的销售团队，根据公司制定相应的销售目标，进行计划及实施；

跟进相应核心客户的销售推广及满意度提升；

提升团队成员的销售能力，及团队建设；

服从部门领导安排的其它工作。

任职资格：

化工，生物化学，医学及相关专业本科以上学历；

化工行业从业5年以上，在化妆品原料及相关行业从业5年经验以上者优先；

性格外向，具极佳的学习能力；

优秀的沟通能力及说服能力，具备管理团队的能力及经验；

具有华东本土大客户销售经验，及相关从业背景的优先；

基本的英文会话及读写能力。
