职位描述

1. 为公司、各部门提供所需的法律工作支持和配合，起草、审核对外签署的法律文件。

2. 收集、整理、分析与公司事务相关的新法律规定、国家政策等。

3. 所有相关法律文件，配合起草、制定、修改及合法性审查公司的规章制度。

4. 法务工作相关流程的确认以及完善，担任与总部法务部门的联络。

5. 与工商、商委、司法等机关保持良好关系，负责保持日常沟通联系，及时反馈国家新设法律、法规、规定、要求及精神，为公司发展提供必要信息和法律支持。

6. 参与各类诉讼及处理相关文件。

7. 完成公司交办的其他法律事务。

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，法律相关专业，精通民法、商法、劳动法规及法律业务。

2. 有5年以上法务实务或律所工作经验。

3. 具备较强的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 ，沟通能力及商务谈判能力良好的文字功底。

4. 工作积极、主动，有责任心。

5. 具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力，外部事务的公关能力。
