主要职责(Main Responsibilities):

通过有效的设备点检、保养、备品备件贮备、技术改进不断提高设备可靠性；
通过有效的故障分析、培训、知识分享，提高团队的现场解决问题能力，减低故障停机时间；
负责设备相关技术资料、设备运行、维修相关记录的收集、整理、分析；

岗位要求( Qualification Requirements)：
1. 学历，专业要求(Education/Major)：全日制机械/机电一体化等专科以上毕业，具备较好的英语读/写能力                                                                                          
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)：五年以上工厂生产相关设备维修管理经验，具备食品制药行业经验者优先考虑                                                                                         
3. 工作相关技能(Job-related Skills)：具备自动化流水线设备的维修知识及技能，较强的分析、解决问题及创新能力                                                                                     
4. 能力要求(Competency Requirements)：至少掌握一种机械制图工具、熟悉办公管理软件                                                                                        
5.其他相关要求 (Other Requirements)：英文良好，可以进行日常的邮件及与国外沟通工作
